arrived damaged

I ordered this w the excitement that I couldn’t wait use it for holiday travel. It arrived w threads coming out and a dent on the top. I contacted macys to either get an overnight exchange since I leave tomorrow or a partial refund because damaged or not, I needed this for my trip. The rep seemed to completely ignore my request. Normally I love Betsey Johnson luggage and purses but this was disappointing. I could’ve bought the same item for 1/2 off at Burlington and at least been aware of the damage.

My new lugage.

This luggage is very cute, however the outer plastic feels really thin, cheap, and east to break. I may keep it for staycations or I may return it.
