disappointed

The bag is adorable and the speaker works but the microphone does NOT. The instructions are ridiculously vague. I contacted the company through their own site for support. They couldn’t find my order. When I told them I purchased through Macy’s I received no further response. When I googled reviews I found that none of the microphones work. Guess I should have checked before purchasing. I was just so excited when I saw it.

Cute bag but it does not work. I purchased the extra cord that it needed but there were no further instruction on connecting it.
