Never sent item

I never received the item after numerous phone calls and attempts. I contacted customer service and they told me I could not get the item. They refunded the money, but I am not satisfied at all with the deplorable customer service.

I Love this shoes. You may ask why, my answer is I'm a product or a child from the late 60s and 70s-80s. They are truly a great time in the past.
