Dissatisfied & Disappointed Customer

These booties scraped the side of my ankles where I have blisters. They’re cheaply made and sewn the wrong way inside so it leaves a hard piece of material scraping constantly above your ankles. I have several blisters from a burning friction of the inside of the material. I will NEVER purchase anything by Betsy Johnson again. The safest and most dissatisfaction is the booties we’re last act and Macys won’t give you a refund on last act items as they always did for so many years. This something they started doing last year. What a disappointment to have gone through this horrible experience yesterday all day at work with these booties. I’m putting Vaseline on the blisters to try and heal them and the pain from it.
