I bought both the green and purple pair, which are both beautiful colors. Unfortunately, the strap isn't adjustable, making the shoe look too wide on my feet, even though sized down

Blue/Green Betsey Johnson Shoes

Gorgeous shoes, but the band around the back of my ankle was too wide for my fairly dainty ankles and heel. I had to return, but they were perfect to look at in the lime green/teel color.

Beautiful, but…

I wanted so badly to love and keep these shoes. Unfortunately, the back strap is not adjustable and it was just too loose. Broke my heart that I had to return them.

Beautiful Shoe.

I loved the shoe. But. There is a plastic insert to by the strap. The strap was stretched out too much to wear it. The shoe fit, but the strap was very loose.

do not look great

I am not sure if it’s because they were too big but the shoes do not hug your feet. The strap almost ripples. It makes them look cheaply made.
