Highly DISAPPOINTED!!

This is an absolutely beautiful shoe. It runs very huge . I normally wear 7 1/2 but had to size down to a 6 1/2. I would have rated 5 stars but when I opened the box the entire Pearl strap across the top of the shoe was detached and the protective paper was missing.Unfortunately I have to return. Come on Macys employees inspect your merchandise before shipping to loyal customers!

Runs Large

These shoes run large, they are truly true to size. I always order a half/whole size up but in this case I have to exchange them for my true size because they look like bedroom slippers on. They are really cute though!
