the top is too wide & on the short side

This is a cute dress, on the short side, I’m 5’2 the dress was a couple of inches above my knees so it was good on me, the top part it’s too wide, I thought it would shrink after the wash, it did but length wise not width wise. Other than that it’s a cute Summer dress. If you are taller than me, be aware it might be too short for you
