Proportions Wrong. Do Not Size Up

I followed the directions which said, if between sizes, order the larger of the two. I am between a 10 and a 12, so I ordered the 12. The proportions were off. The waist was really small but the bust and hips were too large. I do not like the poofy skirt with the taffeta slip underneath. I'd say, the waist was cut for an 8 while the bust and hips were more like a 14. Returned.

Show stopper!

The dress is beautiful! Fabric is nice but not stretchy in the waist. I returned it due to the torso being too long. I wish it was available in petite.
