Dirty dirty dirty

I order it on line to get a clean dress but I received a used dirty dress not happy about it I just hope they would check what they send off

Beautiful gown

We bought this dress for my 17 year old daughters first prom. It had perfect appropriate coverage for a teenager, with pockets to carry her things. It looked amazing and was comfortable the whole night.

Broken

Entire dress impression ruined because the hem of skirt was dirty, back zipper twisted, which I fixed up a bit, and the criss cross straps were either cut or snapped

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL

We bought this for my granddaughter's prom after not finding much in the Junior department. She looked like a million bucks in this beautiful dress. Keep in mind that the sizes are way off. My granddaughter is usually a junior 3 or 5, but she wore an 8 in this dress. We also had to have the shoulder straps and hem taken up because the model is 5' 10" and granddaughter is 5' 4". But despite the alterations, we all think this was "the one" for her. She said she felt like a princess in it. Best of all: it has pockets!!

Perfect Prom dress

We looked and looked for a special gown for prom. I'm so happy we decided to check out Macy's-it was the dress. It fit perfectly and was not dirty or ripped (previous review). My daughter is so happy with it. We are very lucky to find it, as it was late in the prom season.

Nice dress but expectations failed

We tried this dress on in the store but needed to order online to get smaller dress size. All of the dresses in the store were either dirty and or had a ripped hook at the top of the zipper. We received two separate dresses in the mail - one came, again without the hook even attached above the zipper, and both were dirty. Unfortunately, both dresses needed to be returned. Too bad that these dresses can't be kept cleaner on the floor. Overall, the size that fit actually looked ok. Can't keep a dirty or damaged dress.
