Worn and stained with sweat, makeup and dirt.

Dress was delivered dirty and worn with makeup and dirt. Someone wore the dress and returned it. Disgusting thing to do. Had to return it. Didn’t even get the opportunity to try it on.

POOR DELIVERY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Delivery is very late and Macys doesn’t know when the dress will be delivered. For three days, the dress was sitting in a warehouse in San Jose, down the street from my delivery address home. Instead of delivering it to me, the dress was sent to Indiana. It is now sitting in Colorado.
