Love the mattress pad it’s nice getting into a warm bed but I wish I had gotten the one with a timer so I don’t have to turn it off and on. I Would get another one but only with the automatic timer

Plug missing its prongs upon opening
Didn’t get a chance to try it because the plug was actually missing its prongs. What kind of quality control does this company have?

Got one last year (Name brand) That was nice & warm! The stopped working in the late winter /early spring :( This new one does not get as warm, even on HIGHEST level. It will do, and really hope it can be used more than one season :-/

This electric heated mattress pad fits great on my bed. It goes on just like a fitted bed sheet. It is soft and heats up both sides of the beds with their own controller. The only thing I find fault with is that the switch is always on. Even when it turns the heat off after a certain amount of hours, the on button still stays on, and I don’t see a way around that.
