Wrong order sent me? Disappointed

I did not receive my order. I received someone else’s addressed to me. You’d think my original order would be expedited but no, still waiting & not even sure it will be sent. Difficult to understand the broken English of customer service so who knows if I’ll receive this dress with the other items in my online order.
