Several Missing pieces, unable to exchange!

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Purchased as a gift for my Mother’s 80th birthday. She opened on August 13 and we realized many pieces were missing so we were unable to assemble. Attempted to exchange on August 14 and I “missed the window”. We have a lamp that cannot be used because of a manufacturing error, my mother is disappointed because she loved the lamp. I just want a replacement OR the missing parts.

Product Not As Depicted in Photo and Description!

I am very, very disappointed. The lamp received is nothing at all like the one in the ad photo and description. The lampshade was a standard, cheap, white, fabric, drum lampshade! The base is also nothing like the ad photo and description. Base was three, thin, spindly legs that criss-crossed in the middle. Since I bought and shipped the lamp as a gift, I can't return it. Shame on Macy's!

Given that the Bijou lamp is so amazing , I ordered two of the same lamp for my new apartment . To assemble it was very simple requiring only a screwdriver to put it together but, it was a lengthy process . The brightness and attractiveness of the lamp has resulted in many compliments.The lamp adds alot of aesthetic value to theroom . I am beyond pleased with the beauty and inexpensive cost of this lamp

The shade ensures the glow of the lamp is a warm light which is gentle on the eyes. As the height of the lamp is in correct proportion to the rest of the lamp, it is extremely steady and cannot be pushed over easily. The shade furthermore has a beautiful woven appearance which is an exact replica of its advert. The construction of the lamp is relatively simple and only a requires a screwdriver to put it together.

This lamp is exactly what we lacked in our room . The work entailed in assembling it , was worth it as it is such an elegant lamp. We had to figure out how to build the lamp shade but , soon figured an easy technique , which made it enjoyable to put together.

I wanted to makeover daughter's room. Marginal amount to assemble it even if it arrived in pieces. Exactly what needed in her room and added another dimension . This lamp created the unconventional and artistic look any teenage girl would want.
