small fit

typically an extra small or small and this was very petite with short arms.

Small would fit a 12 year old

I ordered this online. I ordered a small. I have other tops from this brand that fit fine. The only thing I can think is someone washed and shrank it, and returned it. The top I got looks like it would maybe fit a 12-year-old. Three stars because I'm not sure if the sizing is way off or I got someone's return. Really bummed because I love the colors. If it fit I'd be wearing this all the time.
