Poor quality

Bought this bag for my kindergartner he used it for a couple weeks and then the mesh portion that holds the bottle tore. Do not buy.

very poor quality wastage of money

after one month of use both shoulder holder clips broken, no way to repair. usually when buy some branded backpack they run for school year but this worst quality product we bought was totally insane. never recommend to anyone.

Bad zippers!

Super frustrated with this bag. My son had it for less than a month and the zipper already broke. It still looks brand new, but we can't use it anymore. I would definitely discourage anyone from buying this bag.

Really Nice

this backpack feels well made. it actually sparkles/shines on the front. the only concern is the lunch box can get heavy and pull on front if you use the front tab. we didn't use it like pic. my son puts his lunch bag inside backpack which is not a problem. the backpack has a nice amount of storage space. the water bottle is recycle number 2. which I like but kids tell me that around 1 water looses its coldness. kids said "I love it!!"

Beautiful bag

My 6 year old loved it , its spacious and sturdy too . I think it will work good. And it comes with lunch kit and water bottle thats bingo . I love Macy’s

Missing items

Fast shipping but missing ice pack and squishy toy. Looked like it was torn off because top of packaging was still on book bag!
