Rude Finish Line Employee

They ripped within a week of wearing them and when I took them back to Finish Line to have the Clogs replaced the attendant Shinequa was very rude and wouldn’t replace or refund me because I didn’t have the box. This is the first time I ever heard that I must keep a shoe box in the event I need to return or replace the footwear. Who keeps the box of their new shoes?
