Wrong size sent twice

I was sent the wrong size twice and now my size is out of stock :( very sad as these are very cute

Wrong Size Sent Twice

I experienced getting the wrong size twice. I ordered size 41 and received size 40 for myself. I also ordered size 39 for my sister and she received size 38. When I called customer service, I was told that the sizes I ordered were the sizes shipped. I had my order confirmations to prove what I ordered. It didn’t matter as customer service saw something different on their end. Sounds like the Macy’s website has issues with Birkenstock sizes.

Send wrong size AGAIN

So I re-ordered the size 40 a second time as they sent me a sz 39 the first time when I ordered a 40, and they did it again! To top it all off I took it back to the store to try to order my correct size(40), and the clerk told me that it was impossible to order the 40 the SKU number for the size 39 came up as a 40 - same so it’s virtually impossible to order the size 40! Crazy… so I wanted to shoes, but needless to say it’s a impossible to get right size from Macy’s

Wrong Size

Sent the wrong size shoe, I ordered a 40 and was sent a 39. First time Macy has messed up an order for me. Disappointed.

Nothing wrong with the birks,

Love the Birks, super cute, would of been nice if they would have sent me the size I actually ordered,I have never had this happen before super disappointed since now they no longer have the size I actually ordered
