Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac
The dispensing of water and the texture of the roller are not adequate to remove the fine dirt in my ceramic tile. The front cover is hard is to assemble and the motor accelerates and puts out dirty water.

It gets old
I have had this product for 5 years I loved it at first . Now it seems to always smell mildewed I have changed the mop head the filters it never smells right I do have 7 dogs at this time we foster and have 4 of our own the house is completely hard surface floor. I replace the head every few days and I clean it change it I have bought several over the years

Not the greatest
Wasn’t the greatest. The suction strength for vacuuming is 10/10 . But the mop option does not actually clean the floors the spin brush barely wipes up the cleaning solution. Also a little bit of cleaning solution leaks out when you’re trying to vacuum.

The floor machine that does it all!
I’ve only had my Pet Pro for a few days but already know I love it! There’s nothing better than a machine that vacs and mops all in one movement. And cleans itself when done! My floors look great! This machine has made my life easier.

I would not buy
I was so excited about this wet-dry vacuum and thought it would work best for my house since I have three pets that bring in dirt from outside. The first week, it was okay. I didn't want to admit it was not worth it. The second week, it was still okay, but going into the third and fourth week, I decided I wasn't going to use it anymore because it was more of a hassle to get it to suck up the water. Even when it was on its cleaning cycle, it wouldn't suck up the water. I bought a new filter and brush, thinking they were bad, but I still have nothing. I gave up on it. As much as I loved the idea, it was not worth it. Maybe I received a faulty vacuum. Best of luck to whoever buys this vacuum.

I would definitely recommend the Bissell wet/dry v
I use mine for EVERYTHING! as long as you clean the filters (and the rest of the machine) when you are done using it, they last! Super convenient, lightweight, easy to use and clean.. I absolutely LOVE mine. Well worth it.

Looking for a better version
I bought this mainly for my area rugs. I had tried it on my LVP floor but the it did not cover the whole area of the brush head. At the time, I thought it was because of our old uneven floors. Flash forward a few years later, and I was doing a more thorough cleaning of the system (I also use the self clean function after each use). It was then that I noticed that there are only 2 holes where the cleaner comes out. One on each end. So basically, the only area getting cleaned is the where the end of the machine are. Everything in between stays dirty. Ask this time, I have been overlapping as I make passes but I recently got a new lighter colored rug and I can see where the solution goes and it is not covering all the area that needs to be cleaned. In addition, the area rugs soak up the majority of the solution before it can get sucked back up so there usually is not much dirty solution in the canister.

Surprise gift
I actually own 2 now and love them! I purchased this one as a gift for my mother in law who will be having surgery on her foot next month! She absolutely loves it!
