Broke on first use

Seemed to be cleaning fine, but stopped working during its first use. Turned on but start and steam buttons were not working. Looked new but there was some moisture in the unit when I put it together.

It worked for 3 minutes and then stopped working. Total waste of time to set it up and try to get it to work, just to end up with a useless machine that needs to get mailed back for a return.

I would buy it again. Hope I don't have to!

You know as an older woman I've always cleaned my floors the same way. I never knew this thing existed until I helped a friend clean their house. What a game changer! Rather than using my trusted mop, this steams away dirt. I actually mop more often because I don't dread it. And the lift away scrubber is great for my soap stained bathtub. My only complaint is that sometimes it's hard to lift out. You have to get it just right. But that extra tool is great. No more rough edged sponges to get stains up. This thing just melts them away. I got the slightly more expensive version for the longer cord.

Not my favorite model resign.

I am not really loving this newer model design. The water fill contained is very hard for me to remove. (I am a senior adult). Also, taking it apart to get to the scrub brush isn't easy either. I am thinking when it dies, I'll switch brands.

What a Wonderful Find!

This PowerFresh cleaner works so well!!! I wish I had heard about it years ago. I use it on my tile floors and tile shower walls. You wouldn’t believe the “Before” and “After” difference.

Perfect Grour Cleaner

This steam cleaner is amazing!! Cleaned the grout in my home like magic, without harsh chemicals!! I don't think the previous owner of our home ever cleaned the grout but it looks like new now!!
