I am not a paid reviewer, and I would give this thing 10 stars, we had a professional carpet cleaner come to our house just 3 days before this photo was taken, I do believe that this little machine works better than a professional carpet cleaning machine. It blows my mind.

Leaking

New product bought last month. First time using it. Water not depending to shampoo carpet. took it apart part 2x and spoke to Bissell and found the leak coming from the reclining pedal.

Good purchase

Light weight and easy to use. Did a great job on my area rugs. Although I vacuum several times a week this cleaner picked up enough dog hair that I could have knitted a small dog. I let the rugs dry outside.

II use my bisell for all my large rugs. I love my carpet cleaner and would reccomend it to all who wouuld like a new one. It is really great on stains.

Not ever again

The turboclean loses suction within 6 months. The also fails to pump enough water to create a spray from the handheld unit. It just drips out to dump water all over my furniture. I got this to replace my crosswave pet. I have always had Boswell full size units, but got this because I thought it would be a solid unit...I was so wrong.

Smallish easy-to-use carpet cleaner

We recently got a small dog that turned out to be not fully housebroken. We tried to blot up the pee spots when we'd come across them, but after a few weeks the house began smelling strongly of urine. Ran this cleaner from end to end of the house to clean up the residual mess. Still not perfect but helped a lot. Cleaner was very easy to use although we had to refill the clean water reservoir quite often. This should work better going forward when we just need to spot clean instead of doing whole rooms.
