Outstanding Warranty &Service

I purchased the B&D 4slicr toaster oven at the beginning of the year, about 8 months later the door would not close properly on the top right corner allowing the heat to escape. I contacted B&D, they asked me a few questions and after answering them informed me a new unit was being sent to replace the damaged unit. It could not have been simpler, and that folks is why you stick with Black & Decker, they stand behind their products. This was my second unit over many years, we use it daily. We stuck with B&D because because the first one lasted so long and preformed so well. I would recommend Black & Decker products to family and friends because they have great products and they stand behind them.

Worked for 4 months

Gave it to be college daughter as a gift. One of the heating elements stopped working after 4 months. Macy's said it's outside of the return window so nothing can be done. Disappointing.

Nice Toaster

Nice little toaster; toast my bread nicely bakes small pizza well. The only reason for 4 stars is I don't like the dial setting.

Just like the one I had

I had a white one long ago. Does the job, doesn't take up a lot of space. The only thing I have not perfected yet is the toast setting. Just can't get it right but most everything you heat or re-heat put it on 400 for 20 minutes. Good to go.

perfect sized toaster oven.

I like the compactness of this toaster oven that doesn't take up much room on my counter. I only need it for toast and baking nuggets, fish or finishing off chicken or beef that hasn't been fully cooked.

Paid for reviews

Great toaster oven if you want to burn down your house. This toaster can’t event toast a slice of bread without getting EXTREMELY hot, smoking and burning the need. Once it’s on you’re not able to turn dial to off position to stop burning. If you look at the positive reviews they are all from people who got this product for free. Save yourself the trouble and get something else.
