Missing parts

I finally got to set it up and use, but it's not 3 in 1, it has a lot of missing parts. Only one can work.

Picks up well

This is my first Black and Decker it has a lot of power to pick up. Easily goes from floor to carpet.

Doesn't work well on carpet and not worth it

This vacuum cleaner barely moves on carpet and a real struggle. I don't think it is worth the amount just for hard floors. You can add a bit of money and get a solid vacuum cleaner that cleans both very well. Even though I bought this at a discounted price on sale I still feel that it was a waste of money and not worth it. I've had to purchase another vacuum cleaner already in just a few months. Needless to say I'm very disappointed in the purchase. The marketing needs to be honest in describing what it can and cannot do. This is ok for hard floors and that's it.
