Very small for two carats

Quality seemed okay no scratches. But no way they are two carats. Very small.

Wrong item twice

I wanted a single 2 ct.wt. Black Diamond Stud Earring during the Thanksgiving sale. I received a box with a pair of black diamond stud earrings 1 ct. each and call for a return label, sent them back. After receiving my refund, I then called and talked and explained what I needed to a representative in the jewelry department, they said ok, I provided my credit card information and was told that they would place my order. Finally the box came, lo n behold they sent me the same kind of Black Diamond Studs 1 ct. each. Again I called and requested a return label and returned them again. The funds was finally returned back to my card.

2 ct.t.w. Solitary Black Diamond Earring

On December 30 I went online to Macy’s Site and found a 2 ct.t.w. Solitaire Black Diamond Earring that was on sale. I received the package on January 10 and found 2 small black diamond earrings in a small black box. Not what I wanted or ordered. I call to see if I could return/exchange this pair for the solitaire earring that I ordered and was told that what I ordered was what I got. However I would be able to return the earrings and they would email me a return label. I will place in the box a product description of what I ordered in the first place. Thank you very much.

very disappointing

I so excited to get these, until I got them. What a disappointment. Both earrings were scratched on the surface and dull. The quality of Macys jewelry overall seems to have gone way down. I’ve had to return several items.
