• WHAT IT DOES:
• Enriched with carefully selected pigments, the buildable fluid texture (medium to high coverage) allows an optimum undetectable correction without masking effect
• HOW TO USE:
• Apply a little quantity of product under your eyes
• Let it dry for 20 seconds, then blend gently with your fingers or with black|Up's Double Silicone Blender Sponge to activate micro-circulation
• With a brush, apply black|Up's Matte Definition Universal Powder above it to fix it
• Build the coverage as you like
• For light coverage, apply the concealer with the blender side of the sponge
• For medium coverage, apply the concealer with the silicone side of the sponge
• For intense coverage, apply with black|Up's Concealer Brush
