Pendant is beautiful!

Pendant is beautiful. However, supposed to be a 18" chain, but this is only 16" and the opening on the pendant is really small & narrow, which made swapping the chain out for one of mine, impossible. Other issue, ordered on Dec. 23rd, they didn't even create label/ready to ship until Dec. 27th and used UPS "mail innovations", so didn't receive until Jan 4th. Jersey to CT. HATE when they use that shipping...Several other items ordered, few shipped from California, received those days earlier than the pendant. Unbelievable.

Black/White heart pendant

Receive necklace today. Pendant is good size and chain is nice but the back of the pendant I did not care for. looks very cheap and will be retiurning
