VERY disappointed A/C unit delivered in damaged box missing instructions, remote & window installation piece...no packing slip. Obviously a previously returned unit. I now have to somehow put very large box back together ( unit very heavy..I am unable to lift) & pay money to UPS to send it back even tho returns are supposed to be free. Will never buy electronics from macys again.
