I purchased 2 AC units, B&D 6000BTU & B&D 8000BTU. Both were suppose to arrive the same day via UPS. Mind you, all this is being recorded by my camera. The driver takes out one box with ac and 2 smaller packages, approaches my door, ring the bell, my daughter signs, he leaves the packages. I only received the 8000BTU. Can someone tell me why when I check the tracking details of the 6000BTU it’s saying, “delivered” and “signed by…”? Called up customer service right away. Tells me someone will reach out to me via email. The rep, via email, had the nerve to send this: “Would you please be so kind as to check with your neighbors, family members, or any safe place in your area for safekeeping, just in case that maybe they took the package to keep it safe for you?”. I’d like to know which Time Machine this rep traveled through, because I would love to go in the time they traveled from. I won’t go searching for ANY packages that was to be delivered to me. An honest person would notify us.
