I loved how it looks and the footbed but it was too loose and no way to tighten the straps

Not what I expected

Purchased based on photos and description, but didn’t realize the upper strap was shiny. Also, sandal did not fit properly and too loose in the back.

Heel strap too large.

The heel strap is too large for my foot, they seem to run large so i tried one size smaller. They fit better, but the heel strap was still too big. It’s too bad they are very comfortable.
