Wrong dishes

My problem is not with the product, but the fact that it was not the pattern I ordered. The box said it was blue Fontana but when I opened it, it was a different pattern, I believe blue medallion, from what I saw the Macy’s website. I ordered two sets and both boxes have the same problem - the correct name on the outside but The wrong pattern on the dishes in the box.

The dish pattern shown

I ordered these dishes twice. Both times I was sent the Blue Medallion pattern. Very frustrating.
