Where's my birthday items or my refund?

Ordered this ring, other fine jewelry and boots around a week ago. Other items were sent to the wrong store location (2 hours and 10 minutes away). Ring is still in processing. My card has already been debited over $1000.00 for the items. Called twice and was on the phonewith for a total of over 2 hours just to be told that I have to wait for a refund until the ring is delivered on December 8th (although the ring is still in processing status and not shipped to date). I Was told that I had to reorder 5 items over, even though I have not received a refund for the misdelivered items! I stayed on the phone with Macy's for over an hour today, just to be told that the ring is no longer available! So why has my bank account been debited for a item that is not available, the item is still showing as processing, has not been shipped from over a week ago? I asked to speak to a supervisor and the Macy's employee disconnected the call!
