Easy to use

This liner is SO EASY to use even for a newbie like me. The formula hides on without smudging and is very easy to line without messing up. It doesn't flake throughout the day and does not transfer or smudge when I lightly brush against my eyelid. I received this complimentary from BobbiBrown.

Not the quality I was expecting

This was my first experience buying the BB eyeliner pencil. Since day one, when I would pull the cap off, the inside of the pencil would come out. At first, I would just tilt it up, and the eyeliner would slide back inside the wooden stick. I thought maybe when I sharpened it, it might stay inside after that. Who knows, but yesterday about 2 inches of the liner broke off. It's a hassle and I won't be buying this again.
