Loved this product…

Why discontinue a product people clearly love? Been using this foundation stick forever. Despite its weighty price tag, I kept coming back because it worked so well. Will purchase makeup elsewhere from now on.

Nice coverage

Wanted something that would cover just a red birthmark on my face, as I do not like to use full coverage foundation. This was recommended 10 years ago and I did reorder once. Then, when out again, tried another product, but it didn't cover as well, wasn't thick enough. So have gone back to the "tried and true" Bobbi Brown and am very happy. Especially since I am now retired and do not put a lot of makeup on in everyday situations (like running to the grocery).

UGH - another favorite gone

I just can't track the business model here - you are making it impossible to do business with you. I have changed colors and formulas to accomodate the discontinuing long enough. Time to look for another brand for this girl. You can track my spending I have been a regular customer and loyal for 15+ years. I will look for a brand that's loyal to me from now on. I don't understand. This stick foundation has been the best thing you guys have going for years now. I checked in with customer success and they said it wasn't discontinued but when nearly all the popular colors are sold out - we can all reach our own conclusions, as I have seen this story before with my favorite lip sticks and other color products. What has replaced them are cheaper formula's cheaper packaging that you are charging more for. I'm all for someone making a profit but the customer service from this brand has gone down the toilet.

Extremely disappointed

Imagine my disappointment when I came to re-order the foundation stick which I have been using for 20+ years (and love it), to find it is being discontinued, and worse, my shade is already sold out. You have lost a loyal customer who purchased other products when purchasing this one.

Discontinued??

I agree with all the others, why are you discontinuing? Over recent years, all the good products have been discontinued. Will probably search for a new brand going forward because I have been disappointed once again!
