Dye keeps coming out

I love this top. But, I have rinsed it at least 20 times and there is tons of dye in the water. And not just a bit of dye, but a lot. I wore it the first time after washing in the machine and I didn’t realize. Great top. Poor quality production. The attached photo is after many washes.
