very disappointed.

The shirt size is too small and does not fit. Unfortunately, Macy's is unwilling to offer a return or exchange, stating that it's a final sale item. I've never encountered this kind of policy from Macy's before . very disappointed.

Disappointed

First order was too small, reordered larger size which fit. Macy’s denied return on first item, citing final sale. Never seen this from Macy’s. After 8 years, considering ending business with them. Very disappointed.
