Still waiting for earrings to be delivered

I ordered these earrings for Christmas for my daughter who was visiting me from Israel. I paid for express delivery, Christmas has passed and I still have not received the earrings. My daughter leaves on 12/28/25 To go back to Israel. The Macy website says I won’t receive them to 12/31/25 . I had to go to Macy’s and buy her a replacement pair of earrings.

Lab grown diamond earrings

The item came in little tiny plastic bags they couldn’t could not even put it in a box. They could’ve been lost very easy. Very disappointed.
