Great quality but bluetooth connection issues

The noise cancelling and sound quality are very good. You can still hear background in noisy areas but it's much much quieter. I can ride a noisy bus with my music on 10% volume and hear it just fine. At first I had issues with the rubber part of the earbud creating a sound when I stepped but playing around with how much it is rotated in my ear was able to solve this. The main problems I've had are with connection issues. I've tried two pairs, the first would disconnect about a minute after initial connection. The second pair has an issue where the left earbud sometimes takes awhile to connect. Once it connects it works perfectly fine, but this can be an annoying issue to deal with.

Great except for bad wind / road noise

They are great except the noise to the person I'm talking to on the phone is terrible. I wish there was a way to enable a wind block feature on them. Doesn't seem available on quite comfort ultra, which is ridiculous because they are pretty high-end

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. The combination of active and passive noise reduction technologies in your headphones is designed to block out most sounds, but it may not eliminate everything. You might still hear higher-pitched sounds like sirens or human voices, although their volume should be significantly reduced.
