Very Poor Battery Life
Just about get four hours out of the batteries. I think that is sub standard for a product like this.

Left earbub stopped working - less than a year old
The head phones are great except that left earbub stopped working almost within 6 months. Stopped using the headphones for a month and it started working again. Now when I try to use the left earbud, it won't even charge. I barely used there earbuds and it's been nothing but problems. Rather disappointing.

Trow away my working buds because of lost charger
This is 3rd return due to defect. Buds and charger combo is the only thing in the industry that would have Gretta fuming. The charging unit MUST match the buds or else it does not work. Lost your charging box, then you are out of luck thus purchase a new package therefore wasting perfectly working buds and probably looking else where for your new buds. The return service is little flaky however it does work. if you push the right buttons and do the correct dance and song.

I’ve always favored Bose. The fit. The sound. The functionality. And the customer service. It’s hard to hear it. I do get feedback that they don’t sound the best when I’m using them to talk though. People tell me I sound like I’m in a tunnel. The old Bose (sport wired version) were the absolute best for sound and conversations. I think it had something to do with the mic being right near your mouth. They were old and I upgraded, but I still think they were the best product.
