It is not good product

I purchased this watch from mecys. It is beautiful and worked well for the 1st year. However, it stopped working after 1 year. Initially i thought that the battery was dead. I tried to change the battery, but the cover of the watch didn't open. I called Hugo boss customer service, and the lady I talked to told me to go back to mecys and ask them how to change the battery. That is weird!

It didn't work. I have to return it. Very disappointed.
