wrong item with the right tag

An XXl sweater came with M tag, very disappointing! Not sure it’s BOSS’s mistake or Macys but it is so messed up as it was a Christmas’s gift to my brother and I didn’t open the nice packaging before wrapping! but when he opened it I was very disappointed. Macys needs to get it together as this is not my first experience with messed up items!
