Missing Bolts

I excitedly purchased this bed for my son because of the storage on the bottom. It did arrive at a decent time; however, my handyman was having a hard time assembling the bed due to confusing instructions. The most frustrating part is there are EIGHT missing bolts and some of them are too long so he has to saw them off to make them fit in the bed! He, my son, and I expected the bed to be assembled in one setting; however, it has extended over days as my handyman has tried to locate purchasing the specific type of bolts needed, which he hasn't found! To add insult to injury, there is not a customer service line we can call! I had to send a message, which they are claiming to return my message in two business days. This is completely unacceptable! And I've had to pay my handyman to assemble what can't be fully assembled because he has spent HOURS on this bed!
