Very Pretty Red Purse

I bought this purse for my mom for Mothers Day. Omg!! it's so beautiful the color is bright red and she gets a lot of compliments. Mom bought the matching wallet on a different purchase on line without seeing it, and it matches perfectly.

Wrong Item

I can't rate this item because I never received it. I purchased this item, Brahmin Anywhere Convertible Melbourne Embossed Leather bag- color Carnation, and was sent the Small Finley Leather Satchel color-sriracha bag twice. I would appreciate Macy's sending me the correct bag at the price it was at my initial order. I have spoken to two customer service representatives. I am waiting for a call from the 3rd Rep. which was suppose to come 24 hours after my last call on 9/15. I will call CS today in hopes of getting the correct bag/purse.

Perfect size, want Chrome color

Make ‘CHROME’ color please! Holiday and year around best color. Perfect bag size, with zipper at the top, holds small figi water bottle and sunglasses too. I have black and champagne, waiting for Chrome color.

Falling apart

I purchased this two and a half months ago and both handles are unraveling. I called Macys who would not do anything after 30 days. HORRIBLE customer service.
