Straps

I love my purse but try as I may get the straps are unadjustable! I finally got my Brahmin purse and cannot use comfortably, design flaw.

Unusable purse

Lovely purse but cannot shorten the straps. The little bottoms are too tight, and they cannot be pushed through the holes. This makes the purse uncomfortable to wear. It hangs way too long on me. A lot of money for an unusable purse.
