not great quality control and less comfortable

Beautiful chairs, but not great quality control and they are not comfortable. After assembling the two chairs, I fond that one chair has about a half inch gab between the bottom wood supporter and the cushion. Also, the chairs are not really comfortable due to the thin cushion.
