I like this product very

I like this product very much. . . . . . How ever the life of these seats are not very long. I have lived in my home for 22 years There are only only two 60 yr old men that use the product. I have owned 5 of these seats. . . and they just do not last,but a few years. . . So do not expect longevity from this product

Perfectly toasty.

Amazing seat, it heats up quickly. I only need the lowest setting for it to feel warm enough. I am very happy with this seat.

plastic pieces that mount on the toilet

Nice heat & light for the toilet seat but the plastic pieces that mount on the toilet keep breaking. . . can I please have more replacement plastic mount pieces? They broke right after we installed them and again now. The screws are metal and fine. . . Thx, Tom

Defected product

I bought a rondel heated toilet seat and after a while the white starting losing its color. There was another darker color coming though. I emailed them to let them know and they wanted a receipt. How many people keep receipts for toilet seats. So i’m stuck with it , they wouldn’t replace it.
