I wish the bidets were flat on toilet seat

I love the days, but I have to give this one three stars because it keeps moving for me. It’s as tight as it can be, but it keeps moving back and because it doesn’t sit flat on the toilet seat if I put too much pressure on the side, it messes up.

Great features but pressure is way too hard

We like everything about the seat controls but the pressure, even on the lowest setting, is WAY too hard. That's the only feature that is inferior to our much more expensive Toto seat, but it's an important one.

Finally got installed, like it very much have to be careful not supporting arm when getting up. I loved my old one but it died.

Cheaply mad

* The plastic is so cheap any thing will scratch it even paper towels ** The painted name (Prondell) and all other print wipes away with water. The last set from 5 years ago is much better quality, So cheap, increase the price by $5 better than loose customers. disappointed !!!!!! Never buy it again

Works well

I have wanted a bidet for awhile and finally pulled the trigger. My husband installed it pretty quickly, about 20 minutes total. It has worked well. I like the heat feature and the adjustable pressure. There is no going back now.

Overall good product with a small problem

Overall the product is good. Nice comfortable with excellent seating, good heating and water pressure. The controls are comfortable to handle. However, the nozzle sometimes stay out and doesn't recede. Then it has to be pushed inside manually.
