fryed potatoes on the pan and it start to smell chemicals, all went to trash, did not use anymore, please help me to return it - need return label thank you

DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

I don’t cook often, maybe twice a week. The glass top crack after I removed it from the boil pot. Luck it crack right after I put it into the sink. Please see photo, don’t know how will this happen. The photos are unable to uploaded, try PDF and JPS…

I strongly recommend this product.

Great pots. We cook any thing we like: mole, beef stew, Chinese food; then we clean it is like nothing hapened. Very easy to clean. I have videos but I cannot download them.
