This shoe felt stiff to me. It's not flexible enough to run in but it's ok for the casual dress policy at my office. I hope the next Ghost is better than the 17.

Disappointed

I was hesitant to write a review until I saw the other comments. I have been a die hard Ghost runner since the 12’s, which were my faves. I have purchases 2 pair of the 17’s and have had nothing but issues since purchasing. I too feel that they designed completely different. The tie box is smaller, the sole is harder, but more. than anything for me was the change in heel drop. I have issues with my knee’s and sciatic nerve and these shoes just took pain to another level. If I wouldn’t have been able to snag some 16’s, I too would have been searching for another brand.

Blisters first time ever on ghost!

I am a big fan of Ghost and had many pairs but this time someone did a mistake. I totally love the colour pink and orange and I was so in love with the design - however the redesigned smaller toe box doesn’t like me. Blisters on sides of my both feet decided to return shoes and go with Glycerin max.

Walkers rally too

I slipped into the new Ghost 17 shoes and took off walking (rather than running). They fit perfectly, give me the support I want, look good (off grey) and can be worn out of the box all day.

I’ve worn Ghost for 10+ years and never had a problem. The Ghost 17 feels extremely tight even though I have very narrow feet. I walked/jogged 3.5 miles with them today. They felt very hard, and my feet hurt during cardio and have been aching all day long. I was really hoping these would be the same quality with more cushion, but I will be returning these due to the foot pain during and hours after my workout.
