the mic came broken. this was a christmas gift and it said the return window is closed. this is terrible

Other occasion to buy:The volume on the microphones were not easy to adjust. Also, it’s hard to figure out boe to tallk into the microphones. I wouldn’t consider this a karaoke machine.

The microphones are very loud and it’s hard to use

Terrible

This broke after less than 24 hours of use. Company will not honor 90 day warranty, they claim it is out of stock.

I got this as a birthday present and one of the microphones didn't work straight out of the box. Very disappointing.

Terrible product

Microphones do not work, they are of very poor quality and the sound cuts off regardless of how long they are charged. The speaker itself is flimsy and made of cheap plastic. I will definitely be returning this. Please save yourself the trouble and don’t purchase this poorly made product.
