i dont know but i have to wind it everry few hours and didnt get any proper help or instructions about that casing steel doesnt look cheap compare to pricing

Nice Watch - Bad Strap - Poor Customer Service

The watch itself is fine and has a nice mechanical look. Unfortunately the strap is cumbersome to get on and off and the clasp is uncomfortable on the arm. It just looks like a regular watch band with a buckle so not sure why they "fixed" what wasn't broken. Between ordering the watch and when it was received, it was offered at a lower price. Went to a Macy's store to ask about a price adjustment. The clerk told me I would receive credit points. When the dust settled I was actually charged more for the transaction - with no points. Not exactly thrilled with the purchase.
