HORRIBLE PURCHASING PROCESS.

Bulova which is a great brand should not sell through Macys.com! Macys.com does not work when you try to use gift cards and pay with your Macys Star Rewards credit card. I spend over 90 minutes with their customer service only to be rudely disconnected and was told that the manager went home for the evening. Now. I was billed the full price for the watch and the gift cards I uploaded to my account are now showing as having been used. Please do yourself a favor and do not purchase from Macys.com as they do not have a dedicated customer service email. I am out of my time and gift cards and will more than likely have to spend another 90 minutes explaining my situation to another three people with little to no recourse. Macys has customer service is unforgiveable and I hope this helps saves others from having to go through this nightmare.

Nice, classic diver

Good looking watch. It's a classic design with a nice green face. Sizing was a little more difficult for me than other watches, but the end result was a perfect fit. If you aren't comfortable doing this, I would take it to the store. The bracelet looks nice but is on the the narrow side. I prefer a wider bracelet, but this is just a personal preference - it still looks very nice. Overall, it's a nice addition to any collection and doesn't break the bank.
